THR850 is also fitted with an innovative air conditioning system, which protects you from dust, pollen, and chemicals thanks to the new air filtering system.

The new motorised helicoidal shaker has a larger diameter. It gently shakes tomatoes without damaging them.
The operator can adjust the vibration and shaking from the cab.

These characteristics, besides the shaker’s position, ensure lower fuel consumption and higher harvesting quality.

With THR850, you can install both the 1200 mm and 1500 mm versions.

With 150 cm width, you can harvest tomatoes planted in double rows at 60-70-80 cm. Our harvest heads are fitted with large augers, extended fingers, and short mouldboards to operate even under the harshest conditions.

The S500 optical sorter is unique, reliable, and innovative.
These multifunctional, top-performing sorters are ideal for both the industry and field harvesting. They can sort red tomatoes even under harsh conditions (extremely high or low temperatures, rain, humidity, stones, soil, non-green tomatoes).

The hydraulic system that handles the belts is divided into two variable displacement pumps to improve belt-handling efficiency.

Oil is managed independently.

The larger hydrostatic traction, the 100 cc pump, and the 110 cc engine increase productivity per hectare.
Moreover, the larger hydrostatic traction allows you to work even under the harshest conditions (rain/wet soils, etc.).

This engine complies with the regulations in force, reducing emissions significantly.
Moreover, it provides high torque values with a low number of revs. Besides reducing environmental impact, this Tier 5 engine reduces noise significantly, increasing the operator’s comfort.

The tires used on the THR850 are from a low pressure which allows to reduce trampling and to respect the product.

Oil pipes are no longer made of rubber but of special steel treated with an anti-corrosive agent.

This solution has significantly reduced machine downtime. Moreover, it allows you to work at lower temperatures and pressures and optimise consumptions. This way, the machine is also environmentally friendly because plastic and rubber are no longer used.

The sorting area is designed to ensure maximum comfort and maximum safety for the operators on board.
